1nsane Startup
This little app will start 1nsane with the selected command line options and type in the all maps access code (ineedmoremaps or worldtraveller depending on your version) when you press the TAB key
It also has the opion to warn about exceeding your IDF limit before starting game.
Install into your 1nsane game folder. A start menu folder will be created where you can access the config options.
Usage:
· Files in the game folder are marked with a * in the 1st column
· Double click or press return on a highlighted entry to move the file to and from
the game folder
· Right click on an entry to either edit the IDF details (Name, Class, Author etc)
or add the file to the current IDF pack
· Click on the map or vehicle icon in the top left to change list view
· To exit the program use file/exit or press escape or click on the X in the top
right of the window
IDF Paks
To import an IDF pack either use file/import IDF pack or use import IDF pack from the IDF List window. Once the pack is imported you can install it or add more IDFs to it by either rightclicking on files in the main list and selecting add idf to pack or just drag the file from the top list onto the idf pack list.
Snapshot
Before installing an IDF pack you may want to take a snapshot of you current IDF files they can then be restored in any time in the future.
Thumbnail Images
To make a thumbnail image create a 117x70 jpg image and name it the same as the IDF it represents eg the filename for the Ute is "pico.IDF" so you would name the thumbnail "pico.jpg" Put the image in the relevant map_thumbs or Vehicle_thumbs folder in the IFiler2 folder
IFiler2
This is an updaed version of IFiler and has been completely re-written from scratch. It now uses the windows GUI so doesn't take up as much processor time.
Who is it for?
Anyone who has a lot of custom maps and vehicles and likes to swap and change them.
Who is it NOT for?
Anyone who just uses standard vehicles and maps and plays online using the ute!
Features:
· See what files you have installed and in storage at a glance
· IDF's are tagged with thier real vehicle/map name and
thier author
· Double click on an IDF to either install it or unistall it
· IDF's can be assigned to groups and installed/uninstalled by group
· IDF Packs can be created from selected maps and vehicles and saved - for online gaming these can then be sent to other players who can import the pack into IFiler ensuring that all players have the same map/vehicles
· Offline players can create their own themed packs eg road cars/maps, crawling cars/maps etc these can then be installed depending on their mood.
K.H.A.L. (Kaine's Handy Application Launcher)
This is a small launcher for all my applications (or any other you wish to add). It runs in the background and uses no processing power. Just click on a button to launch the relevant program or open a specified folder.
To install just extract the .exe to your insane folder.
To Use Just click on a button to launch the relevant application or open a folder. Right Click on a button to edit the buttons properties. Here you can change the button text, choose whether to launch a program or open a folder, or delete the button from the list.
V1.1 - Updated to add command line options and auto cheat entry when launching 1nsane
V1.2 - Added option to move buttons up or down in list window
V1.3 - Some cosmetic changes, added font color and font size to each button plus individual button height option - Note if you are ugrading from an erlier version the config file is significantly different and so all you settings will be lost.
V1.4 - Fixed a few bugs + added window height offset to fix bottom button being covered by the window.
Easy IDF
This makes packing and unpacking maps and vehicles easy.

Trail Editor
Used for making crawling trails on existing supporting maps.

1nsane Quick Chat
This is just a simple app to auto type common phrases whilst playing 1nsane.
Phrases can be assigned to keys 1-9 and pressing these keys will type the assigned phrase whilst playing.
To disable/enable the keys press the - (minus) key on the num pad.
To install just extract the files in any folder.
Reverse ORR and Mirror Map Tool
I wrote this just for a bit of fun!
Features
· Reverse the ORR direction of any map (standard or custom)
· Make a mirror image of the map (only works if the object file is not encrypted)
· Option to backup maps before altering them + option to restore maps from backup
· Orientation is remembered so it is easy to change it back
Note: This app only changes the obj file and chk file (and mirors the image files), it does not allow you to edit, rename or change the map in any other way.
Diff Lock and Gear Type Editor
Choose Auto or Manual gears and Auto or Manual Diff Lock.
